Within the framework of an open-ended mandate, the CLA (Chauffeur Limousine Academy) is responsible for quality management at GLM, acting as an external consultant and as an additional point of control.
The CLA has the following responsibilities within this mandate:
- Quality management in accordance with ISO9000 standards
- Quality control
- Optimization of processes
- Selection of chauffeur team members
- Training and development (both internal and external)
- Ensuring compliance with DRIVE GREEN guidelines
- Monitoring of customer satisfaction
- Mystery - Inspections & client surveys
